Bungalow GD04 in Playa del Ingles, is a 3 bedroomed accommodation with access to a shared swimming pool in Playa del Inglés, south of Gran Canaria.

Bungalow GD04 Description

A house designed for our most demanding clients, recently renovated and completely new. It has a wonderful shared pool and a nice solarium to relax.

This one storey holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and a third with two single beds. Bungalow GD04 also has 2 bathrooms with shower. Very spacious kitchen with all kind of equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven... so you won't miss anything from your home during your holidays.

In the living room there is a TV with satellite connection and internet (included in the price). This room, together with one of the bedrooms in the house, is air-conditioned. It also has a beautiful terrace with a dining room to enjoy a meal outdoors and it also has sunloungers to sunbathe in its outside area.

This charming bungalow managed by VillaGranCanaria has a privileged location just a few minutes away from the leisure and shopping facilities of Playa del Inglés (shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.) Playa del Inglés enjoys an enviable climate with constant temperatures ranging from 20-26 degrees throughout most of the year and where the sun rarely sets.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
