Modern top floor apartment situated less than 3 minutes walk from the waters edge, with fine views of the clean safe Mar Menor.
There is also a communal swimming pool & free underground parking. It is a pleasant 5-min walk along the beach to Playa Honda where there are a couple of restaurants & bars, a spar supermarket & a pharmacy. The following are all just 5 minutes drive away – Los Belones, a friendly village with plenty of bars & restaurants. Cabo De Palos, a pretty fishing port with several restaurants specialising in fresh seafood, & a large supermarket. La Manga Strip with sandy Mediterranean beaches & plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. The world famous La Manga Club golf resort.
There are several markets nearby & Cartagena is only a 20-minute drive. Murcia Corvera Airport with flights from RyanAir and Easyjet is just 35 minutes away. It is a 70-minute drive from Alicante airport.

“Excellent throughout”
We had an amazing time in Kevin's apartment in June 2012! The property is a well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the area offers a lot to do virtually at any time of the day. The apartment is located 2min walk to the beach that made our life very easy having to carry lots of things for the children. The local shop is great, having fresh fruit and vegetables daily. We highly appreciated the few things found in the cupboard (such tea, sugar, salt, detergent, etc). They make you feel like at home rather than being in a strange empty place where you have to buy everything.
