Beautiful apartment on 12th floor, stunning sea views, perfectly located on ocean-side, fully furnished, nice design, fully-equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, one small bedroom for 2 children. Fully equipped bathroom , and a very nice terrace for romantic sunsets

Complex has 24/7 security, lovely pool with sun beds, and is situated within the cosy center of Playa Paraiso, restaurants-cafés-shops-beach within 50m!

“Stunning sunset views!”

We stayed at the apartment for a week in February and it was absolutely good value for money; everything you need for a relaxed holiday. I would recommend the apartment for families with small children, since the wall that divided the bedroom into two small rooms is very thin. So noice sensitive. Great bathroom and shower and washer dryer! But what absolutely makes this apartment fantastic are the stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean! Free street parking, but very limited. We used the parking garage adjacent to the building for 14 euro a night. We really enjoyed our stay! Hope to visit again!

Good equiped apartment, you just have to take your clothes with you. Very clean. Thin walls but quite neighbours. Nice pool, but cold in winter.

About the parking space, I’m sorry you had to walk for kilometers. to be honest we never had that before. of course we know its not always possible to park right in front of the apartment, but having to walk for kilometers, that’s not how its supposed to be. when its a little crowdy in the street, you can always park for free beside the apartment building El Horno, even in high season, there are always enough free places over there. its situated behind the left corner, after the Barranco, max 10-15 minutes walk to the apartment. and in case you have a lot to carry, its always permitted to enter the building, and park for free for 20 minutes,so you can first unload everything, and then find a parking place afterwards. In the meantime we have put ourselves on the reservation list for a private parking inside our building, so with a little bit of luck we will have our own private place soon... How do damage deposits work?
