Appartement duplex 75m² bien équipé et décoré avec goût, situé dans un quartier résidentiel du charmant village avec son port de pécheurs et ses plages de sable. Large terrasse en bas 35m² protégée du vent et du soleil, terrasse en haut 23m² ensoleillée du lever jusqu'au coucher. Excellents restaurants, petits commerces et une grande surface à quelques minutes de marche. Playa San Juan se trouve à 30 min en voiture de l'aéroport Ténérife Sur, 10 km avant Los Gigantes et jouit d'un microclimat.

There are public bus links between TITSA Los Cristianos, Las américas, Adeje, Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes several times a day in both senses. There are two taxi locations in Playa San Juan, the nearest is at the crossroads of Avenida Reina Sofia and the Avenida del Emigrante.

“Slechte ervaring met host”

Zeer onbetrouwbare host. We maakten een boeking en de verhuurder moest binnen 24 uur reageren . Na 20 uur nogmaals herinneringsmail gestuurd. Echter geen reactie. Deze verhuurder is zeer af te raden.

Beautiful apartment, well maintained in a great location. Warmly welcomed on arrival with keys, local information etc. Located within 5 minutes walk of promenade, supermarket, beach and a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommended. Hope to return again, many thanks!
