Description

In the lovely community of Locust Lake, this home is steps away from a lake, less than a mile from another lake, beach with lifeguards, fishing & tennis courts. This property has a huge outdoor deck and also an enclosed deck with a gas and charcoal grill. It has a living room, dining area 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms with washer and dryer. There is also a fourth small room inside the third bedroom with an additional full bed. Light flows into the living room with floor to ceiling windows and 18 foot ceilings. We have a brand new remote controlled propane fireplace and Nest thermostat in the living room. Televisions are in the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room and we have great wifi. There is also a TV in the enclosed patio. It has a large backyard, just steps away from the lake. And has a golf cart available ($100 fee) for use around the community.

We have a golf cart to get around the community.

Please bring trash to the dump on Martha's Lane, (left off Lake Lane). Use caution when using the Golf Cart. If gas runs out, take gas container to gas station and fill with. 89 octane fuel. A life jacket must be worn when using kayaks. Also, please use placemats or a table cloth on the dining room table. (Guests provide their own sheets and towels, unless arrangements are made with owner.)

House rules

Must have someone over the age of 21 staying at the house to rent.
Must agree to liability waiver in rental agreement before accessing Kayaks and using the golf cart.
The community of Locust Lake Village, gives up to 8 passes per rental to guests. Just check in at the front office. (guests provide own sheets and towels)
If gas runs out, take gas container to gas station and fill with 89 octane gasoline.
Please bring all garbage to Martha's Lane. $40 if left behind.
