Talipo is a nest of 3 rooms with a total area of 100 m² perched in the branches of a Beech 9 metres in height and has breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Built on 3 levels this unusual cottage fits admirably into its environment. The 1st level you feel the euphoric sensation of flight above a tropical vegetation and brings your eyes to the immensity of the sea.

“Bungalow between trees with incredible view over carribean sea”

Perimeter is very well maintained, bungalow between the trees is fully equipped and the view over the ocean at senset is just wonderful. Guy is a very nice host. Will come back.

Response from the owner Après Airbnb où vos commentaires sur mon établissement et moi-même sont agréables, voilà que vous me notez une seconde fois via Tripadvisor d'une façon beaucoup moins positive..! Mais pourquoi avez vous changé votre jugement ? Vous n'avez probablement pas apprécié le contenu de mes commentaires, sur vous, rédigés avec Airbnb...? Est-ce la "neutralité" que j'ai employée pour l'annotation concernant votre séjour chez moi qui vous a dérangé voire indisposé ? Neutralité , Madame, ne veut pas dire indifférence de ma part sur votre passage à Guadeloupe-Paradisio mais seulement et surtout "respect" de votre personne dès qu'il s'agit d'une obligation par ces sites de réservations d'évaluer votre "personnalité"...Je ne vous connais pas et ce n'est pas notre courte entrevue pendant laquelle je vous ai donné quelques consignes (que vous n'avez pas apparemment appréciées) et donc la remise des clés de votre logement que nous avons dans ce très court instant décelé chacun le caractère de l'autre..! Moi...je n'ai pas su ...mais vous, vous avez tout compris à votre idée et vous m'avez jugé...!! C'est vrai que je ne peux pas plaire à tout le monde et surtout à ceux qui m'évitent durant leur séjour sauf pour quelques services de conciergerie... Vous concluez en mentionnant que vous ne pourrez pas me répondre mais que ce n'est pas grave puisque (sous-entendu: tout le monde à compris que le propriétaire de Guadeloupe-Paradisio n'est pas fréquentable et on s'en fiche..! puisque mes écrits, souhaitons dévastateurs, resteront! ) Sachez que ce que vous faites, Madame, n'est autre qu'une montagne qui accouche d'une souris...j'ai de nombreux locataires qui, années après années (1997 à nos jours), reviennent avec grand plaisir pour boire le ti'punch et manger un colombo à ma table.!

Response from the owner Sur un air bien connu ne créez pas un bémol pour en diminuer son intensité...! Pour rester dans le "tempo" qui satisfait le créateur et l'interprète il suffit de chantonner la mélodie du bon locataire qui après avoir fait normalement et correctement l'inventaire sait de quoi il s'agit et peut exiger du "chef d'orchestre" une mise à jour de la partition....! et retrouver avec bonheur l'air un moment perdu...! En ce qui concerne le ménage sachez qu'il est fait scrupuleusement par une équipe professionnelle mais le choix (plus qu'obligatoire) d'un arbre comme support à un nid (Talipo) présente l'inconvénient de se salir rapidement et continuellement. Pour pallier à cet inconvénient qui vous semble majeur il reste deux possibilités soit de prendre une ménagère tous les jours (25 euros/jour) soit de loger dans un gîte plus "terre à terre" En conclusion j'ai cru bon de noter également cet interprète en lui donnant la note de 3 sur 5 avec la mention "Peut mieux chanter"
