Description

Kinsale Cottage is a large 3 bedroom country home set on 110 peaceful acres with magnificent views of the Brokenback ranges and right in the heart of Pokolbin.

Complete with all the modern luxuries including complimentary Wi-Fi, it is the perfect place to get away from it all or take in some of the many activities that the area has to offer. Kinsale Cottage has everything. There is a grand 10-seat dining table and a kitchen full of Smeg appliances for your holiday master chef creations. Kinsale has two large living areas, both equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVDs so the kids can have their own retreat while the grown-ups converse over local wine and cheese before the gas-log fire.

Although in federation style, the living area of the cottage is open and flows from the dining room to the sitting room. These areas have also been designed so that they can be closed off to provide privacy.

The cottage has one King bedroom with ensuite and two Queen bedrooms with a spacious main bathroom. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the private sitting room allowing very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The living areas provide DVD/Foxtel app/Netflix/Flat screen TVs and surround sound for your enjoyment. There is also two large verandahs to take in the magnificent views. For those staying for an extended period there is a fully equipped laundry.

Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.

TARIFF

Weekends - minimum 2 nights, 4 guests from $591 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)

Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 4 guests from $443 per night (Mon-Thu)

Extra guests are charged at $116 per person per night.

Children under 13 are charged at $64 per night

Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS

Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
