Description

"Ocean View" is a second floor beachfront efficiency condo in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The over-sized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access.

There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.
