This spacious 4BR/4 BA Gulf-view beach house has been completely remodeled inside. Since falling under new ownership in 2014 this home has become a prime place at the Lost Colony community in Port Aransas. You can walk to a great beach or take a short drive to the center of Port A. Multiple outdoor areas and decks provide excellent vantage points for taking in the Gulf views.
Even better? Every bedroom at this beach house has its own en-suite bath and an excellent TV entertainment package (HBO, Showtime, Starz and Sports Networks) - great for groups!
This home has not one but two living areas. The first, on the entry floor, has a comfy sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a game table. Two bedrooms share this same floor: both have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. A great place for night owls who don’t want to disturb the rest of the group!
From this area, step right outside to the paved patio — one of many outdoor spaces at this multi-level home.
The second living area, on the main floor, has a flat-screen TV plus another comfy sleeper sofa for extra guests. Adjacent is the dining area with space for 6 and a full kitchen with all-new stainless appliances! Not to mention plenty of granite counters for meal prep, including an eat-in island with 4 barstools. (All in all, there is room for 10 to dine together here.)
From the main floor, step onto the spacious, Gulf-view deck. An elevated observation area provides the best views in the house.
Two bedrooms on the second level each have king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. This totally remodeled home also includes a brand-new washer and dryer, so it's easy to keep your bathing suits clean!
Our inviting beach house is located in Lost Colony, a gated community near the Gulf Coast of Port Aransas. Take a short stroll to the beach via the boardwalk, or charter a fishing excursion and have Castaways Seafood Grill cook up your catch.
Golfers in your group will be happy to find Palmilla Beach Golf Club just minutes down the road. Head over to Island Surf Rentals and get a bike or a beach buggy for a relaxing ride around the island. They also rent surfboards, paddleboards, and kayaks! Looking for something a little more exciting? Try Skydiving at Skydive South Texas *******-JUMP.
If you’d like to see “real” pirates, try a Red Dragon Pirate Cruise. The whole family will enjoy the singing, dancing, sword fighting, and more. Families also love the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, just a 20-minute drive away from this beach house!
Due to the extreme risk to individual safety and property, city ordinance strictly prohibits the use of any type of cooking grills within 10' of a rental home, and never on any decks or balconies. Violators are subject to significant fines from the city and are responsible for all damage and liabilities. In addition to penalties enforced by the city, any renter that is caught violating the ordinance will be subject to a $1,000 fine by Lost Colony.
