Description

The ground level of this home contains the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. The living room and kitchen are an open floor plan with super high ceilings. The large dining table seats 8 people and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The bedroom and living room on this level both have flat screen TV's. The master has a queen size bed and the great room sofa has a queen sleeper. The second story, which is only accessible by a staircase on the outside of the house, has a small living area, two bedrooms (both with queen size beds), a kitchenette and a full bath. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, and a queen sleeper sofa, on this level. The home is fenced with a white vinyl picket fence. Pets are allowed and smoking is permitted outside ONLY. The house is two houses away from the community pool and about a half a mile to the beach. Pack your bags this perfect home awaits you for your perfect vacation! This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $10.00+tax, per pet, pet night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. No garage access.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Magestic Sun VW23 provides 2 paved parking spaces in the driveway for 2 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 2 spaces.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 23. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
