We are pleased to announce Village Walk Phase 1 pool is now heated!

This brand new Casita has plenty sleeping room to bring the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the sleeper sofa is a queen. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin bunks and the second bedroom has two fulls. There are 2 community pools in this subdivision and the home does have wireless internet.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Casita Margarita VW3 provides 3 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 3. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
