This beautiful, renovated 3 bedroom apartment (95 sqm) with balcony is located in a historical building (protected by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage) in Prague - Old Town. The building has a unique architecture with extraordinary historical elements, which decorate the building both on its exterior and interior. The apartment is located in the street leading to Charles Bridge and is positioned right between Charles Bridge, National Theatre and Wenceslas Square. All of the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are thus within your walking distance.

The fully furnished and equipped apartment on the 2nd floor provides comfort to up to 8 persons. It consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen with living area, bathroom, separate toilet, balcony and hallway. The ceiling in the apartment is beautifully renovated showing the original stucco.

The first bedroom has double bed, night tables, double sofa bed, chair, wardrobe, TV, satellite, DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed, night tables, chest of drawers, working desk with a chair. The third bedroom has double bed, night tables and wardrobe. Living area has a sofa, coffee table, CD player with USB connection and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking-stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom contains bathtub with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine. The entrance to the separate toilet is from the hallway.

The apartment is equipped with TV, satellite, CD & DVD player, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, cooking-stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, and modern furniture.

Right on the ground-floor of the building there is a nice café called Standard Café. Next doors, you can find R.M. Rilke Restaurant. There is an endless choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and bakeries in the neighborhood, in which you may sample both Czech and international cuisine. There are also numerous tourist sites in the area, charming craft shops as well as many self-catering options, including supermarket, pharmacy and others.

The secured garage parking (aprox. 2 minutes walk) is at National Theater for 720 Czk/ for the first 24h, then extra day is for 480 Czk. You could also park for free in the street across the river (around 500 meters from the apartment). We can show you where.

Big and simpel apartment, very close to everything nearby (bars, restuarants etc) and Michael is very helpful if you need anything. Everything went very smooth!
