Small, cozy apartment in a beautiful historic house in the absolute heart in historic Prague.

Only 250 m from the Old town square!

Completely newly renovated!

The small, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric kettle, and an electric ring cooker. All the amenities you will need for short stay, hairdryer + free WIFI, TV, DVD.

The apartment is absolutely separate, with its own entrance.

Romantic view of the streets of the old town. We have one more apartment on the first floor, which is absolutely separate, but you can rent both apartments at the same time if you go with friends to visit Prague.

Services:

Bed linen and towels are included in the apartment.

All tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and public transport are in the immediate vicinity, but at night, there may be a bit busy!

Romantic place, ideal for a wonderful stay for two in the historical center of Prague.

I will not be directly at your arrival or departure, you will be accommodated yourself. But I'm in the center of Prague in my design studio during the day, if you need help, you call me. I live 30 km from the center of Prague, so at night I am not available in person, only on the phone.

House rules

If the departure of the previous guests is on the same day as you arrive, we will not be able to accommodate you until 2. p.m because of the room cleaning.
Departure - please, you have to leave till 10 a.m., when the cleaning lady will come. Please lock the apartment and drop the keys back in the key box, use the same code as for your arrival.
PLEASE DO NOT SHUT THE DOOR!

Response from the owner Dear Ludovica, This assessment is very absurd, the description of the apt. says that this apartment has shared toilets with our boutique and is outside the apartment and that it is suitable for students who want to stay in the absolute center of Prague in historic building. If you did not read the description and chose a cheap option, you can not expect a luxury hotel. The apartment is very clean! This evaluation is the first negative and I am very sorry for this. It's a pity you did not come to our boutique on same floor and did not deal if you had a problem . We are here all day, including weekends. kind regards Martina
