Ocean breezes, sun kissed faces and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island! Park your car and enjoy the walk or a bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Coligny Plaza has to offer! Enjoy live music, food, cold drinks and oceanfront views at The World Famous Tiki Hut or frozen tropical cocktails at Pool Bar Jims - both just a short walk from the villa!!  Free trolley rides and the Breeze Trolley are other ways to get from here to there on Hilton Head's South end. 

Fresh updates in the villa with all the comforts of home! Our spacious 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests with the queen size sofa bed in the living room providing extra space for you. The master suite has a luxury King-sized bed & mattress, while the second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV and ample storage. There are 2 baths, with a full bath located upstairs and a half bath on the main floor for your convenience! The open floor plan is bright and airy with a full kitchen completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. Private front and back courtyards for relaxing and a night of stargazing, complete with gas BBQ grill and ample seating. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD players can be found in each bedroom as well as in the main living room. This villa has four beach chairs and an umbrella for your use! 

This amazing villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! 

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

 

The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st. 

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $60 administrative cancellation fee.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

How do damage deposits work?
