The property comprises as follows, Lounge with sliding doors on to the private sun terrace. Terrace sofa and chairs with coffee table, circular terrace table with 4 lightweight natal chairs, 2 sun loungers with cushions. Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms the master with an en suite, further bathroom, secure Underground Car Parking garage with Lift service to the apartment.

WiFi included and flat screen tv with BBC & ITV channels as well as Spanish channels.

Situated in the stunningly picturesque heart of the Old Town of Ayamonte, rich in culture and history, simply a stroll away from the finest tapas bars and restaurants as well as the Plaza Laguna with its many quaint shops in the pedestrian area of the town.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. We re glad you enjoyed your stay. As with all rental properties there will always be natural wear and tear so as soon as the leaking tap was reported this was replaced. We leave a spare gas bottle behind the door so guests are not inconvenienced should the gas run out. WiFi is connected for all guests and checked prior to guest arrival. We have never had a problem before with cleaning previously but will review our checks to make sure our standards are maintained. Regards Paul and Debbie

Loved our 4 night stay in Ayamonte. Such a great authentic Spanish town. Apartment was in a fantastic situation. Overlooks the Marina on one side and the front door of the apartment block leads directly onto the bustling streets. Apartment was very well equipped and provided a great base for our stay. Would definitely return!
