The duplex penhouse apartment has splendid open views over the large pool, pretty gardens and La Duquesa golf course beyond. The golden sandy beaches, pretty marina, shops and restaurants of puerto de la duquesa are only a 2-minute stroll away from the Almadraba apartments. Located on Spains Costa del Sols popular 'gold coast', this modern apartment is ideally situated for a family holiday and golfers alike. A large Swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and the beautiful sub tropical gardens complete the La Almadraba apartments.

There are 2 x ensuite bedrooms + a themed bunk room and separate downstairs toilet + large patio and a second smaller patio off master bedroom. High-Speed FREE wi-fi all areas.

Getting around

Apartment complex is only a 2 minute walk (on the flat!!) to beaches/marina etc...but far enough away to avoid any night noise from bars etc. Public Bus stop close by and can transport you to Gibraltar for a days sightseeing and duty free shopping.(20-30mins) ..or into Estepona - a large wonderful seaside town with beaches (10mins). Day coach trips are available to SEVILLE,GIBRALTAR,CORDOBA,GRANADA, and WATERPARKS pick up point in front of apartment.

“Great Apartment, Great Location”

Marina, Sabinillas all within easy reach. Apartment is well kept with great view of the pool, golf course and the sea. Definitely one to visit again!

The Wi-fi system services the whole complex ...so currently not great if a lot of users on at the same time! We are however, installing our own dedicated HighSpeed WI-FI in September 2016...so that should sort wi-fi issues out. People reserving beds is against community rules ...and I know that during peak periods the Community are now removing towels and refusing persistant offenders access to the pool area ...so hopfully this is now resolved... the pool area has plenty of beds so should be no issues with bed availabilty providing rules are followed/enforced.

“Fantastic apartment, great location and very well stocked”

We stayed here for a week whilst property hunting ourself. the apartment was ideally located to Duquesa Marina and local shops/restaurants only a short stroll away. A lovely little pool area which we largely had to ourself and the weather was 27 degrees every day even in October. The apartment was more than big enough for 2 adults and 3 small children. The owner was very communicative before our stay and has been kind enough to forward on a few items left behind by mistake. the wider complex is very well looked after and secure. The balcony was even overlooking to pool (although not too close so as to get noisy) this meant we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool but still relax in the apartment. We arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning - both of which were accommodated with no fuss by the local agent. The apartment was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend.
