Description

Villa Ressaca is a 3 bed-room luxury villa with private pool and air-conditioning. Located within the 5 star Melia Tortuga Beach Resort, it is less than 100m from a fantastic sandy beach and beach bar. The villa is ideal for both families and couples.

Internally it has a superb open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 bed-rooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 3 toilets / bathrooms. There are two 1st floor balconies and the villa benefits from good storage throughout. Externally the villa benefits from a garden with a small private swimming pool and patio area.

The upstairs master bedroom, with en-suite (bath with shower, toilet), air-conditioning, flat screen tv and safe), has a king-size double bed and direct access to a private balcony with views of the beach. The upstairs twin bed-room is located next to a separate bathroom with shower. The 3rd bed-room (twin) is downstairs and is also next to a bathroom with a shower.

Just off the 1st floor landing there is access to the large rear terrace / balcony which overlooks the pool and has table and seating for six – perfect for al fresco dining throughout the day !

Downstairs, where there is air conditioning, the kitchen is fully integrated with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The dining area is fully equipped for 6 persons and the living room is furnished with a leather suite, large flat screen TV. There is free wi-fi at the hotel reception (5 min walk) and also at the nearby beach bar.

The landscaped garden and private pool (with 6 sun loungers) is accessed from the living room via a cobbled terrace.

Guests at the villa also have access to the resort facilities including 2 large pools (one with swim up bar) and gymnasium. There is also a kids club and spa (both of which incur additional charges).
