Quiet holiday house with large garden for the whole family

The house is situated on the island of Rab in the touristy Mali Palit. It is not far from the sea and the beach.

In the spacious and fenced garden (1500 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there is a children's playground with swings and a large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two different grills (charcoal and gas grill) and an outdoor sink. There is also an outdoor shower for communal use. A private car park and a boat mooring are also available outside the apartment.

The island of Rab is a beautiful island with several coves, crystal clear sea and more than 122 beaches. Also an FFK beach you can visit if you are interested during your stay. The place is located in the St. Eufemija, on the Frkanj and is protected from the open sea. At a short distance from the house, you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rentals, bike rentals, bank, post office, fish market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. It is approximately 250 meters from the harbor. From there you can take a city tour or visit the natural park Komrcar. Until the tourist center is just 250 meters that you can lay back in a 2 to 10-minute walk. There are the sights of the old town of Rab

Holiday home for up to 17 people

This comfortable cottage has 240 square meters, spread over two floors. It has three bedrooms on each floor, each equipped with a double bed and one with an extra bed and one with an additional sofa bed. All six bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower or bath and toilet and access to the terrace or balcony. Furthermore, the house has two fully equipped kitchens, each with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine and a dining room with a table and chairs on each floor. There are also two living rooms with satellite TV, which allows you to also receive German programs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the garden.
