Description

If you like to spend your holliday in a house with long history, which was build in 15th century, this is something for you.

Studio-apartment is located on first floor and is decorated in the old style, with a pleasant old-fashioned details. To make your stay more comfortable studio has air condition, double bed, kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and utensils you need. When we remodeled this old house with thick stone walls, we had some structural limitations so our bathroom (with shower) is not very big but is useful and cute.

Since the house is located in the old part of town, where is no traffic, free private parking is located 80 meters away, at the closest possible location. At the same time, all you need is close: restaurants, shops, harbor... To the nearest beach you can walk in a bathing suit because it is located only 20 meters away.

This charming studio apartment is situated in walking zone, in the hart of Baška, so you can feel the real daily rhythm in this small village.

Response from the owner I'm really sorry when I see that my guest has not spent a pleasant time in my studio apartment. Some things can be corrected (bed for example) and it will be done immediately. When we talk about the atmosphere in the house that was built 500 years ago, I assume that guest can not expect such comfort like in the newly built apartment. The window is small, that is true, but that's so since the 15th century. For many of my other guests it has its own charm. That is all written in the description of the apartment, as well as the fact that it is situated in the pedestrian area. This that we have our own parking, which is as close as possible, I think it's an advantage, not a disadvantage. Belive me, free parking in Baška during the summer has its value. Given the fact that we communicated well, I'm realy sorry that my guests didn't inform me about their comments immediately. On some things I might influence and make them to feel more comfortable. Baška is a small fishing village, with long tourism tradition, and when you have an apartment in the center, this means that in some way you will participate in its daily rhythm, as well as the life of the street. Some noise is, unfortunately, part of it.

Situata nel pieno centro di Baska, a due passi dal porto. Internamente presenta tutti i confort necessari e la disponibilità delle proprietarie rende il tutto praticamente perfetto!
