Appartamento situato nel complesso residenziale Santiago II, a soli 100 m dalla spiaggia e a 2 minuti dalla passeggiata principale del paese.
80 mq di terrazzo con vista mare, tavolo e sdraio prendisole. L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale.
L'appartamento è spazioso e in posizione ideale sia per raggiungere due delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, che per poter fare una passeggiata nel centro cittadino.
Uscendo dal complesso vi ritroverete nel più bel lungomare pedonale e ciclabile di tutta l'isola, che conduce fino a Playa Fanabè. Ideale per famiglie, giovani e anziani.
L'accesso alla piscina riscaldata permette di fare il bagno con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica. Nel complesso è presente un supermarket, servizio lavanderia e baby sitter.

“Christmas and new year in Las Americas”
Owner doesnt reply to messages before we travelled. Had to get Holiday Lettings involved twice to contact them. Probably as not English. Poor weather boxing day and the terrace got covered in roof tile dust apart from that the stay was good. Clean spacious apartment. Probably use again as great location in PS 2.

“Great spacious apartment”
We love this apartment! The location is great and the terrace is really spacious. The owner and housekeeper Adaysi are wonderful people. Monica the owner has moved this apartment booking on 3 times due to Covid 19 and at no extra cost or any admin fees. We will be back! Thank you! We had a fantastic holiday!

“Lovely, clean, modern apartment in an excellent location.”
Can’t fault the location, cleanliness, or general look of the apartment. The place is big and the balcony is huge! It’s also very secure with a locking gate and deadlock to the front door.… More

“Beautiful apartment with amazing terrace”

“At home and away”
This was the loveliest holiday. The apartment has comfortable beds, good strong showers and a huge double aspect balcony with a partial sea view. The tv with English channels, the fridge freezer, well equipped kitchen and washing machine made it all very homey. It is one block back from the seafront with a direct view - down a wide lane - of the sea and seafront. One block back made it much quieter... very peaceful and it felt very safe. Downstairs there is everything you could need... a beauty salon and hairdresser that had great value which the girls and I frequented quite a bit. We have the nails, the hair, the eyelashes, the beautiful feet... lil bit of heaven. There’s a great supermarket there too. All the restaurants and entertainment you could ask for are just downstairs too with lots of music in the bars. Tips: I’d had a fall and done some damage to my legs n was stubbornly not using assistance. On the last day we hired the disability motirbike thingys. They’re to the right of the front of the apartments’ reception. The freedom was amazing we had such fun... drove down the seafront to los Christianos with the wind blowing in our hair. If you’re finding walking hard, get one of those thingys for the week pop your significant other on the back n take them for the ride of their life... :). Also bring some soap or shampoo and a little milk and a snack for late arrivals ... towels etc were provided. It’s been lovely and we hope to return. Many thanks.
