A peaceful, rural area; famous for the sweetest, freshest Galician seafood and endless uncrowded, white sand,beaches.
The medieval town of Noia - know as 'Little Compostela' for its stunning architecture in the 'old town' is 10 minutes by car, the town boasts endless festivals, street markets and outdoor concerts throughout the year.
The world famous pilgrimage city of Santiago de Compostela is a 35km drive away - a 'must-see' for all guests.

“Low quality of finish”
The property is in an interesting area with great views from shared balcony/patio area, no views from apartment. We found the apartment itself had a low quality of furnishings and didn't feel very homely. Grounds need work doing and parking area very poor. Very helpful owner and easy to book with her.

“What a find”
A lovely old converted barn in Galicia was our base for 10 days. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the outside area was just great. There was plenty of seating in both the sun and the shade, and the views from the terrace across the water were amazing. A great place to enjoy a glass of the local wine - delicious! The nearby beach was good and the town easily accessible and we enjoyed some excellent food in Freixo. The host was always available and very good at recommending local restaurants and beaches. We were very impressed with how unspoilt (and cheap) the area was - we loved it and will definitely return.

“The perfect 'get away' holiday in lovely surroundings”
Just a 10 minute cycle ride away and we could pick our own mussels off the rocks at the beach. We hired bikes from the owners and explored this lovely natural area. Wonderful fresh seafood at the local bars/restaurants and the people so friendly and helpful. We had the beach virtually to ourselves. Weather not too hot but sunny and bright at this time of year. We visited many coves up towards Finisterre. No foreign tourists here and in the summer only Spanish. This area of spain is still unspoilt and unknown. We loved every minute of our stay including the great barbeque we had in the garden with the owners Allyson, Warren and their sons.

“A quiet break away from it all.”
Well equipped accomodation in a quiet location. Our hosts were very welcoming and came to meet us from the bus to ensure we got off at the right stop. Ideally located for country walks, and trips to the beach.
