Description

The extremely large lounge has a very spacious balcony with a dining table and 6 chairs overlooking one of the swimming pools. The En-suite king size bedroom also has a large balcony with sun loungers and tables.
It also has a walk-in dressing room. Satellite TV is available throughout the apartment with TV's in every bedroom and the lounge. For your enjoyment there is also a DVD, Video, Stereo, Karaoke and a large number of discs etc for your pleasure.

All window blinds are fully automated also with electric awnings. The apartment boasts of a very large roof terrace with Sun loungers, dining area, patio furniture etc. Ideal for bar-b-cues and sun worshippers alike. An ideal place for a party!

“Lovely Apartment in nice area!”

The first thing I must mention about this apartment is the size of it- it’s so spacious! Plenty room and more for our family of 4. The pool area is also perfect, very well kept and plenty sun loungers and umbrellas to shade. Loads of handy items for guest use as well! Towels, inflatables , books to read, handy leaflets, and a very well equipped kitchen (the only thing I would maybe add are normal knives as there was only 1). Some bottles of alcohol - gin, vodka etc for use but we only drink wine/beer, still a nice touch though! Very comfy beds, and the electric shutters make for a perfect nights sleep as it’s sooo dark! Balcony upstairs lovely, roof terrace VERY HOT! We only ventured up at night when it was slightly cooler. I would say a bit of TLC is needed- new bbq as the one/s there not useable, and bbq utensils were dirty. A few other wee things that I’m sure the owners will sort when they go back out. We were a bit unlucky with some very noisy (Spanish) neighbours a few nights- shouting, swimming, music, banging around til 4am on 3 nights- but we spoke to other neighbours who go to Sun Gardens often who said this was very unusual- I think we were just unlucky! There wasn’t enough hot water for 4 morning showers, so we just got the kids to wash at night. Great powerful shower!! Overall the apartment is great and we wouldn’t hesitate to return( we would have booked for next year but our dates are already booked up!) I must mention the owners, Peter and Stephen, who were so quick at responding to any queries, very efficient and approachable. There are so many nice places to eat at the bottom of the road, our favourites were Neil G’s and The Cafe. Don’t go to the first place at the bottom of the hill on your right as my 8 year old was served raw chicken!!! If we return we will hire a car, not that much to do within walking distance - luckily our youngest was happy at the pool all day! Don’t hesitate to book here- you will have a fantastic time and it really is a home from home!
