Welcome to "Lucky Enough"! Newly renovated bathrooms in 2022!
Each reservation of this property also includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen )! This includes bikes, backpack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
As soon as you pull up to this charming cottage, you are sure to feel like you couldn't be luckier in this prime Seaside location. With a private screened in porch, your very own swimming pool, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand at the end of the day, Lucky Enough is sure to become your new favorite destination. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and biking distance to Seaside, the location of this home cannot be beat!

This charming home has three bedrooms, and three bathrooms and is a ranch-style home, offering plenty of space all while feeling cozy. Upon entering the home, you will notice the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table for the entire family to enjoy meal times together, and plenty of space in the kitchen to cook delicious meals. The living room is the perfect place for rest and relaxation with couches facing a flat screen T.V. For those who enjoy the outdoors, relax on the screened-in back porch and enjoy your morning cup of coffee!
The first bedroom down the hallway features a Queen sized bed and twin bunks, with a private bathroom. As you walk further down the hallway you will see the second bedroom on the left which is the master suite. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom! This bedroom also has its own access to the screened-in porch. There is a shared bathroom in the hall, and then the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and porch access.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags.
