Welcome to "Little Pearl Cottage". This adorable 2BR, 1.5BA bungalow located in the heart of Grayton is full of charm, has plenty of outdoor space, and is a short walk to the beach and many delicious restaurants!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Built-in 1948, this Grayton Beach Cottage is full of charm you won't find anywhere else! Recently renovated, it still holds its original wood walls and ceilings, creating that historic character that makes this home, and Grayton Beach so special.

As soon as you pull up at Little Pearl Cottage, you will immediately notice the bright colors, beachy vibes, and large wraparound porch. Spend your mornings drinking coffee on the covered front porch! Upon entering the front door, you will be able to see the main living space and kitchen, which are open and full of natural light, making the home feel spacious. You will notice the kitchen with beautiful wood countertops and a dining area with room for the entire family! The living room is situated in the back of the home with plenty of seating and a flat-screen T.V. to have family movie nights after a busy day. Off the kitchen area, you will find two bedrooms, both featuring queen beds and a bunk room.

These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
