Simply stunning Executive 4 bed villa. Private lakeview with south facing 30' pool and Jacuzzi/spa. Ideal location, full air conditioning and all amenities incl. Games Room.

Superb place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The view across the lake is wonderful, aside from ensuring your privacy, it is an ideal way to relax and allow you to enjoy the holiday you deserve. The SPA is easily controlled by a wall mounted timer, so there is no need to worry about anything

Fantastic fully air conditioned villa, beautifully furnished throughout and extremely comfortable. Recently built on the extremely well maintained development of Crescent Lakes, close to Disney, International Aiprort and all Orlando area attractions.

We have attempted to think of, and provide, all the facilities that you would want to make your holiday special - the pool area is superb, with good quality pool furniture well spaced out on an extended deck which means that everyone can relax without feeling cramped.

This is a very popular location, which is borne out by the number of repeat guests who continue to make it their first choice.

Response from the owner Angelle - so sorry you feel this way, as owner, I contacted the supplier within a few minutes of your initial alert & from that point onwards we were guided by the supplier who indicated that the supply was / had been restored. You are correct that it took a site visit from them to ultimately fix the issue but this was not their initial prognosis. The offer from our management company to piggy back on their server was quick & was a workable solution. We pride ourselves on customer service & many previous guests & reviews are more indicative of the overall experience and again we are sorry you felt otherwise. regards. stay safe & take care Robert (owner)

“Great Facilities”

Just back from another stay at this superb villa. Location is ideal for parks and shops and is situated on a very peaceful sub-division. South facing pool has sun all day and looks out over a lake with an abundance of wildlife. All TV's recently updated, wifi excellent and there is a new washer and dryer also. Highly recommend .

“Fantastic villa”

We stayed here for 2 weeks and this is the perfect villa for a Florida holiday. It is home from home. The lake view is great with an abundance of wildlife to watch. It has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again. Robert the owner is very helpful and responds to all emails straight away. Can’t recommend this villa enough.

Have stayed at this villa before and just seems to get better every time. Lots of updates internally and externally since last time. Location is excellent with south facing pool overlooking lake whilst being very quite and peaceful. Convenient for all Orlando major attractions, supermarkets etc 10-15 mins away. Faultless communication via owner and house spotlessly maintained by local company. Would highly recommend
