THE RESORT:
The Miami Green resort condominium in Penang is a well known apartment complex with excellent management, security and facilities. You will meet like minded people from all over the world, happy to spend short or long parts of the year here.
Actually Miami Green feels like a Hotel Resort close to the beach, with the comfort of being in your own apartment. There is a huge pool area, and many nice facilities which you will find under 'Extras'.
Generally it is a great place for families, singles, expats or retirees alike. Well located, absolutely safe and clean and well maintained with excellent facilities. Good for long stays for expats.
THE APARTMENT:
1100sf, completely newly renovated apartment (January 2014) including stylish open kitchen, laminated floor, very nice bathrooms and beautifully designed interiors.
Stay high above the sea higher than the 20th floor and watch eagles fly in front of you - enjoy the great view from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom. Indulge in the freshest sea breeze, or cool down with ceiling fans or air conditioners in every room.
The apartment has everything you need, including WIFI (inside as well as outside at the pools), Flat Screen TV, Cable TV, DVD player (including lots of DVD`s), washing machine and a very cosy new L-shaped sofa.
Above that a fully fitted new open view kitchen with ceramic glass cook top and oven – cook your favourite meals while watching the sea or the jungle! Use our Panasonic Alkaline Water Filter for purest activated carbon filtered water high in pH directly from the tap.
Both bathrooms are contemporarily designed with beautiful fixtures - choose between our glass enclosed rainforest shower or take a relaxing bath in the master bathroom's pebble-tub.
Your beautifully designed Penang apartment comes with two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of four: one Mega-King-Size bed (2.2m / 7ft wide) in the Master Bedroom, another bedroom and one Single Bed in the third bedroom. Enjoy the nicest seaview over the Melacca Strait when you wake up in the master bedroom.
THE TRANSPORT:
You can get around by Taxi (expensive) or by Bus (slow). We recommend to rent our very comfortable 2011 Hyundai Tucson Automatic Black SUV for added convenience at very reasonable rates.
THE BOOKING (Minimum Stay is 1 month. We also rent out for 6 months. No weekly or daily available. Non-smoking only):
To secure a booking you have to pay 50% of the total rental upfront, the remaining sum upon arrival.

The town has the biggest beach on the island, where you can just hang around or enjoy a cold drink or have a long beach walk.
