Description

Superb apartment located in one of the best area of the coast. At 150 metres from the beach and close to restaurants, supermarkets, taxis and bus stop. Inside the apartment: Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped, living room with satellite tv, Netflix, principal, principal bedroom, with double bed and other bedrom with 2 individual beds, bath and wiffi. All well decorated and renovated in 2014. It has a large terrace, ideal for lunch and dinner on the outside. In addition you can enjoy the community pool with its gardens and parking. For booking the parking is subject to availability and you need confirmation.

Ideal for families with children, couples and persons with reduced mobility, because there aren't steps, but it is not adapted for wheelchairs.

Maximum capacity 4 people. The pool will be closed from november to april, except the Passion Week, yes will be open.

All we needed was nearby, and the beach is really close. It was a perfect holiday! Easy check-in on time and amazing host

“great location nice apt”

been going benalmandena for many years i new this apartment would be great location 3 mins walk to bars and restaurants and sea front. both bedrooms good size.pool area just 2 mins walk up the street.would recommend this 2 bed apt to family and friends.only thing apt needs was a kettle ? but a new coffee maker had been put in kitchen. if looking for 2 bed apt give this one a try. great location.
