This property is located in the Mamelles- Almadies, a residential neighbourhood, within a walking distance to the monument of African renaissance, a short drive to Yoff airport, 5 minutes ride to the route des Almadies with its exciting night life.
The accommodation comprises a two double bedroom apartment fully equipped with two en-suite shower room/toilet/ a patio, a roof terrace ideal for barbecues and sunbathing. An ideal flat that can house a group of friends, 2 couples or sharers.
ELECTRICITY METER IS PREPAID, CONSUMPTION IS AT THE CHARGE OF THE GUEST.
THE 70 EUROS DEPOSIT HELD BY Trip Advisor WILL BE REFUNDED IF NO DAMAGE HAS BEEN CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY.
