Luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, terrace, private heated pool with stunning golf and coastal views. The villa is built on two levels making it ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. The villa has English and European channels. Wi-Fi is included. The interior provides home from home comforts with the bonus of the sun, en-suite with jacuzzi bath, and separate fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. Outside features include private heated pool (October-May), shower, sunbeds, barbecue, roof terrace. The villa is fully equipped to ensure you have a great holiday. The villa is located just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes to the main resort with its fantastic beaches, along with it's 2 golf courses. Ideal for a family holiday and a couples getaway.
Welcome pack available on request (payable on arrival to the house managers) varies in price and content.
The pool is electrically heated (October-May) providing the pool with warming, but not making it hot. The temperature of the pool will depend also on the weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a personally comfortable temperature. If required out of those months an additional cost of euros will be charged.

“Fantastic home”
My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in November 2023 The villa has everything you need and is well equipped. It also has a left over draw where people leave left over tea bags coffee and other things that can’t be taken back home ( lovely idea) Would definitely recommend this home to friends and family Have visited the island on numerous occasions and will definitely return possibly in 2025

“Perfect Holiday”
Just back from 2 weeks at this fantastic Villa. The Villa is big enough for 2 families of 4 to share but there was just 3 of us so felt very spacious. It has everything you need for a perfect stay, plenty of descent seating outside which is where we spent most of our time. The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers around it. Pool table on the roof terrace got well used, the views from up there are fantastic. At the end of a hard day of sunbathing and pool tennis was good to retire to the very comfortable beds. So many pluses to this Villa we can't to return.

“Wish we were still there....”
Booked for extended family who unfortunately could not join us due to illness. Excellent pre arrival information including clear directions, entry instructions and restaurant recommendations. The villa is on a decent hill (a mile?) so has great views over Caleta harbour but a car is very useful. We still jogged /cycled without a problem. With an active 6 year old it was 20-25 minutes walk into the centre and there is a Hyper Dino and bar and restaurant complex closer, signposted on the right about half way down the hill, includes Nestors which was great. The property itself is clean, exceptionally spacious and well equipped. Little touches such as laundry / washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, clingfilm being included really helped settle in and keep costs down. We had breakfast and lunch in most days as it was so nice eating outside. The TV controls took a bit of getting used to but assistance was quickly at hand. Wi fi really good. Pool was a little cold (part was on order for heating) but this did not deter own son, particularly as there were loads of pool toys, inflatables, football- perfect! The view from the pool table on the top level is superb and picture can’t even do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout. Thank you Yvonne and Paul for a lovely stay we would definitely return, highly recommended.

(copied from our advert) TV is advertised clearly as per our advertisement:- The villa has English TV +90 more channels/Wi-Fi required. (copied from our advert) More people there were an extra charge:- Not sure on your comment on this. You fill in the enquiry and confirm the booking, you paid for 5 guests in advance of your arrival and as per the requested quote and booking??? If more people stayed, then yes, you will be charged extra, but this was not the case and only 5 guests stayed as per your booking? Not sure where the extra cost comes in. Clean the barbecue if used:- Anyone staying, if you use the barbecue you clean it. Heated Pool:- Is heated to the standard 26-28 degrees. Details as per our advertisement:- The pool is electrically heated providing the pool with warming, but not making it hot. The temperature of the pool will depend also on the weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a personally comfortable temperature. (copied from our advert) The visit happened after your arrival as always not 20 hours before your departure. We are English owners. At no point during your stay were any issue raised relating to any of the above to our house manager or ourselves. I will get the house manger to check the utensils. “Fantastic”
This was our second stay at the villa and it was equally as good, if not better then first. Everything you need plus more to make the villa a home from home. Fantastic extras like pool table and Wii console to keep everyone happy. Watching sunrise on rooftop is something I would highly recommend. Paul and yvonne are great, responding very quickly to answer any questions. Would highly recommend. Five stars
