Description

This is a NEW beautiful and immaculately clean beach home in Tidelands addition, a family friendly subdivision of Crystal Beach on Bolivar Peninsula. Come relax at our beautiful coastal cottage with nice views of the gulf and the bay! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, so room for the whole family! Downstairs comes with a tiki bar, swing, bench and grill to enjoy the beautiful outside. The house comes with everything you could need, just bring the essentials!

"Hello Sunshine" has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with an outside shower. The home is 7 rows from the beach with beach access from car or golf cart or it's a short walk or drive down the street. The deck has a nice view of the beach.

The open floor plan allows interaction between everyone in the kitchen & living room. The living room has a comfortable sectional and 50 inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. Bedroom #1 Master bedroom has Queen bed and separate access to back porch. Bedroom #2 has Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Full size beds. Bedroom #4 has bunk beds with 2-Full and 2-Twin beds and 24 inch TV/DVD.

The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops, pots, pan, baking dishes, crock pot, blender, hot grill and just about every gadget you can think of. The kitchen is stocked with some spices for our guests use. The house is also equipped with WIFI

--Bed sheets, comforters, pillow cases, pillows, hand towels and wash clothes are provided; but bring your own beach towels

-There are plenty of beach toys and chairs (around 7 right now), a beach canopy to escape from the sun and a wagon to get all of these things from the house to the beach and back.

--No smoking in house--Smoking is permitted outside only

--Sorry, but no pets or animals

--All inventory must be accounted for upon departure. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
