Large ground floor home with large rooms, 180 square metres of living area and 425 square metres of private outdoor area, in Marsalforn, Gozo with paintings, sculptures and artifacts throughout the home and garden. Ideal for 8 / 10 adults or 2 / 3 families. This is not just an ordinary rental home, it was built and furbished with love and care by Derek and his wife Marian and has been enjoyed by the Fenech family as a holiday home for the past 36 years. This home has its own entrance and large private swimming pool and garden, situated in Marsalforn, just minutes walk from the sea. Located in a quiet area of the largest tourist residential area in Gozo with rocky and sandy beaches, dive centres, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. You will have a thoroughly comfortable and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower / toilet en-suite, 1 of which has an additional bunk bed for 2 and another with a toddler bed for a child. Separate bathroom with hairdryer, front sitting room, living room with flat screen TV, cable with local and international channels. Dining / kitchen with all amenities. Centre yard. Front garden. Large back yard. Large mature garden. Large private fresh water swimming pool, 17,000 gallons. Large sun deck area with BBQ and shower / toilet. Ceiling fans everywhere. Air conditioning in one bedroom and in the living area. WiFi Internet.
Guests who have stayed at our home have said that it is amazingly spacious and comfortable. They said that from our pictures shown here they never imagined that our home would be so large and beautiful.

“Excellent property!”
Duncan booked our transfers from and to the airport, all worked well. Owner Marian met us at the property to welcome us and show us around. The property is lovely - well equipped and larger than it appears in the photos with a very sunny garden! It is in a quiet area yet only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants on the seafront.
