Description

Apartment Speiereck can be rented as either a one bedroom/one bathroom accommodation catering for 1-6 people, or as a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment catering for 2-8 people.  The spacious accommodation can be found on the first floor of the Haus Bellevue and features a private, furnished balcony offering sunny, southerly views of the mountains. Each apartment is self-contained with own facilities including a private outdoor living space.

The apartment is nicely appointed with numerous home comforts and thoughtfully equipped to meet self-catering needs. With a smaller layout the accommodation is comprised of a spacious living room including large Smart TV, separate and well-equipped kitchen with sunny dining area, a sizeable bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. A choice of additional beds can be made available with either a guest bed in the bedroom or a double sofa bed in the living area.

Guests of Apartment Speiereck can enjoy the use of a private balcony. An attractive and important feature of this apartment, the balcony enjoys a southerly and idyllic aspect with uninterrupted panoramic mountain views. The balcony can be accessed from either the main bedroom or living area and is furnished with cafe-style tables and chairs for outside dining. Seat cushions and further sun chairs are provided.

During the summer months the garden area to the rear of the house is offered for your own use, equipped with a table, benches and a BBQ for the purpose of outdoor dining and grilling. A garden bench set in a sunny position is also intended for your personal enjoyment.

The open garden area and general grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the the shared enjoyment of all guests. A purpose built play area with swing and climbing frame is provided for your children's pleasure.

A guest car park is at your disposal, also secure bicycle stands and a Ski Room.

Wifi is available for free throughout the property.  

The hosts also offer a washing and drying service. Clothes horse and pegs can be found in each apartment. An iron and board is provided. 

A cot and/or high chair can be provided at no additional cost.

Use of the hosts lockable garage for the storage of bicycles and motorcycles can be granted by prior arrangement.

The owners live on the premises and will greet you upon arrival. If you require any assistance or support during your vacation they are happy to help!

Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria.  The location ensures a peaceful stay with a feeling of being away from it all, yet the position is close enough to all the amenities that a car is not necessary. Within 10 minutes walk the town centre of St Michael offers numerous wonderful Cafes, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shops.

The accommodation is also very well positioned for easy access to 4 sizeable Ski Areas, a large network of Mountain Bike Trails and Cycle Routes, numerous Hiking and Walking paths, Swimming Pools, Golf, Sight Seeing Attractions - everything you could want from a holiday.

Every guest of Haus Bellevue between June and October will receive a personal holiday card for the duration of their stay. The LungauCard entitles you to free or discounted admission to numerous excursion destinations, natural wonders, attractions, outdoor activities, museums, wellness centres, swimming pools, mountain lifts and much more throughout the Lungau. 

The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation time, enjoying little in the way of mass tourism and promoting a wonderful friendly atmosphere throughout.

Getting around

The Lungau is very easy to navigate by all modes of transport. For convenience we recommend travelling by car. The valley is supportive with good parking places and decent roads. The A10 is the main motorway route out of the valley and connects the Lungau easily to the rest of Austria. If you would prefer not to travel by car, the public transport system in Austria is very reliable. Bus and train connections are available from all of the major airports and cities. Routes vary according to season. Within the valley you can expect more specific routes including specialised season plans such a free ski bus during the winter months.

Interaction with guest

As your hosts we are very willing and happy to help with all aspects of your vacation planning. We will be there to greet you when you arrive and will personally introduce you to your apartment and provide a good base of information to begin your vacation. As we live on site we are available throughout your stay and can offer advice and activity suggestions, or just a friendly face and a chat. Every guest had different needs to fulfil and above all else we respect your privacy and value our own. If you need us we will be there for you!

“Great accomodation close to great snowboarding terrains”

Great accomodation with friendly owners, which is very close to Grosseck - Speiereck and Aineck - Katchberg resorts. Everything was O.K., but I personaly didnt like the arrangement of entrance doors, which didnt allow to get through with a large snowboard bag! :-)

It does not surprise me to see that this Apartment house is very busy. This was or second visit to Haus Bellevue. We took my 86 year old Mother out to see this wonderful place and she absolutely loved it. The Apartment was so clean, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The owners have clearly thought about theirs guest's every needs. The location is great, it is so near to the motorway. We flew into Klagenfurt and picked up a hire car. The Airport is 2 minutes from the motorway and the drive to Haus Bellevue took just over an hour. Our Hosts were there to greet us and made us so very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Christmas Markets were on in the lovely little town of St Michael which was a magical event. The whole experience was fabulous and we are returning, with friends, to Haus Bellevue for a skiing holiday in February to experience the new lifts that have just be installed in St Michael and St Margarethen. Cant wait.....
