Beautiful 2-bedrooms seaview apartment on the first floor. Ideal quiet location in an exclusive urbanisation.

Malaga airport 45 min. drive, luxury yachting harbor Puerto Banus 7 min., Marbella-town 12 min.,Benahavis-village with its numerous restaurants 5 min., beaches of the Costa del Sol 4 min. Mercadona supermarket and taxi rank 5 min. walk.

The white gated complex is surrounded by numerous golf courses . It has superb, well-maintained subtropical gardens (40.000 m2), 2 outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers,stunning views to the golf course, Gibraltar and Africa (1 pool with a poolbar), and a gym with high quality machines. 24h-security and concierge.

The apartment is 115 square metres with a partially covered,south-east oriented terrace of 30 square metres.

Parking place in the underground garage, with direct access to the apartment by elevator or stairs.

The apartment has marble floors, full air conditioning (hot-cold). The bathrooms have floor heating. It is fully furnished with luxurious modern style furniture and beautiful decoration. Wifi-internet.

Spacious living room, stylish furnished with comfortable sofa area and dining table for 6 persons. TV stand with flat screen TV( sattelite channels), radio, CD-DVD player. Direct access to the terrace.

Kitchen : new open design kitchen april 2018, fully equipped with Bosch appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Coffee machine, nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board.

Master bedroom : double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, TV, en suite bathroom with massage-spa bath / shower, hairdryer, toilet. Direct access to the terrace.

Second bedroom : 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet.

“Fantastic family stay”

Gorgeous, well equipped modern apartment. The photos you see on the website are exactly what you get. The bedrooms are a good size with super comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space. The bathrooms are also very spacious. The kitchen is very well resourced and we did eat in a couple of nights. The living space is excellent, the white leather sofa is very comfortable. One of the best bits is the balcony. It was our favourite place to sit and relax. We eat all our lunches on the balcony and looked out at the amazing view. The two pools within the complex are amazing. My son used the gym and said it was also well equipped and it was never busy when he was using it. It is a very secure complex with the access fob required to gain entry. We loved the location and would highly recommend other tenants to take the five minute drive up into the mountain village of Benahavis. Frank was an excellent host. He was very attentive and answered all our queries quickly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

“Pre Wedding Vacation”

Lovely peaceful apartment, well furnished and equipped with everything you will need. Fantastic terrace with sea view and huge corner sofa and sun loungers. Pools are so nice and tranquil. Secure underground parking with lift access up to apartment. Would not hesitate to visit again.
