The pool can be seen from the master bedroom and the kitchen and the pool gate is always locked so its safe for the kids.With private access is a spacious roof terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, furnished with table, chairs and a bbq to enable you to dine al fresco in the shade under a large wooden pergola. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for small families and golfers who enjoy sun and relaxation in a peaceful environment.

There is an English speaking representative on hand for any queries along with maintenance guys that can be seen daily around the complex so any problems can be sorted out quickly via the rep.
If you fancy eating out there are many restaurants in the Port of Mazzarron to suit your choice aswell as cafes along the promenade.
A short walk towards the beach you will also find local restaurants and tapas.
You can also hire bikes and buggies etc locally.

Sky TV is included and the apartment has remote controlled air conditioning.
Spectacular Views from the living room of the sea and mountains and from the kitchen you can see the swimming pool directly beneath.
Kitchen utensils are all available to make you feel like you are home from home!

There is plenty of car parking space outside and the property is located next to the pathway leading to the pool .
Stairs beside the front door lead up to your own private roof terrace to enjoy al fresco dining amongst the wonderful views of La Azohia and the nearby port can be seen too along the coastline.
The mountains to either side are within throwing distance and give the feel of peace and quietness.
The pools are cleaned regularly and the paths and roads are always clean and tidy.

“Perfect”
Even better than we could have dreamed! Apartment is perfect in the perfect location. La Azohía is a small Spanish coastal town, mostly visited by Spanish tourists, it has enough small bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I would recommend you have a car here, so you can visit larger towns such as Porta Mazzaron, Cartagena etc. Very relaxing slow pace of life here suits us perfectly

I'm pleased Ivo was able to deal with all your issues immediately. He was constantly in touch with me for approval prior to any purchases. So I did need to spend a bit extra to meet your requirements which I am always happy to do to ensure guests enjoy their stay, as i would expect the same on my holidays. I'm sorry for the lack of towels, hangers and crockery but as mentioned on the outset the apartment is not catered for 2 adults and 4 teenagers, but we eventually made it work and I hope I can have you as a guest in the future. Kind regards

“In an excellent position”
I would recommend this apartment. It was very clean and was a great location for walking to the beach. I particularly liked how easy it was to get in touch with the owner and any queries were dealt with immediately. A lovely apartment in a lovely location and good views with a very nice communal swimming pool very close
