The Space

This cozy apartment has been carefully designed and furnished with your home comforts and requirements in mind. It consists of two spacious bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable living room with dining space. In addition, the apartment has a a larger covered terrace with outdoor dining table and Barbecue facilities.

The garden features a Swimming Pool, an Outdoor Jacuzzi, Sun-beds and Umbrellas, while being surrounded by greenery. The apartment includes all the comforts you need, such as Air-conditioning, Satellite TV, Free wireless Internet access and all the kitchen appliances. Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival that are changed weekly for longer stays.

All the extra expenses are already included in our price: tourist tax, utilities, use of washing machine etc.

Our property is situated in a safe and quiet residential area, and includes other three self-catering apartments in detached units all awarded with Domus Bonus Quality accommodation certificate. Each spacious apartment has its own private entrance and large private terraces. The garden rich in Istrian plantings such as lavanda, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint, mandarin and lemon trees etc. invites our guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun.

The Neighbourhood

At a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a grocery shop, various bakeries, green and fresh fish market. In the immediate surroundings of the house, you will find a number of local restaurants to choose from as well as sunny beach bars. At less than 5 minutes walk you can find also a playground for kids, tennis courts, trim trail by the sea, football and beach volleyball playground etc.

Getting Around

If you are arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces free of charge in the immediate surroundings of the house. Otherwise, there are various bus stops 3 minutes walk from the house wherefrom you can reach the more detached locations of Pula.

The airport is located 8 km from our property and you can reach it either by bus or taxi.

“Lovely Private Apartment in Pula”

Nice, clean, modern apartment in Pula. Housekeeper (Boro) very helpful and friendly but not intrusive. About 5-10 minutes walk to the closest beach and restaurants. About 25 minute walk or easy bus ride into Pula.

Response from the owner Dear guests, I’m sorry to hear you have some complaints about your stay in our apartments. We’ve been in business for more than 15 years now and we strive to create the best possible holiday experience for all of our guests. As such, I would take the opportunity to address some of your comments in order to provide a point of reference for our future guests. As you correctly say, both the pictures and description of the listing corresponds in the fine detail to what our guests find in the apartment - unfortunately I am not able to meet expectations which are not even mentioned in our listing. The Air conditioning is not available in the bedroom as the apartment has a central conditioning unit of 8Kw in power and thus is powerful enough to cool the entire space in a very short time. I would hereby ask you not to provide false claims as in the apartment kitchen there is a toaster as well as a grill for your own use on the large covered terrace of the apartment. The area in which our apartment is located is among the most desirable places to live in Pula given its close proximity to both the city center and the numerous beaches at walking distance, so I am sorry to hear you did not like it. Last, I would like to point out that we invest time and effort into welcoming and accommodating the needs of all our guests. As such, we ask from our guests the same respect and consideration which you unfortunately did not show neither to us nor to other guests. Namely, we do not appreciate when our guests cause disturbance with rude and inappropriate behaviour as you did during your stay or cause damages to things in the apartment without reporting them to us, as you did as well. Our aim is to provide our guests with little holiday luxuries at an affordable price - in case you expected something different, I am sure you can find more suitable places for your next holiday accommodations.
