Make yourself at home in this totally independent villa with private heated pool located in one of the best areas of Lanzarote, a spectacular house fully equipped for a dream holiday.

It has a large private terrace with shaded area and a glazed garden in the back area. Outside you will find a shower area and also a barbecue on the terrace to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner, everything is comfortable!

The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms with air conditioning . One double bedroom with a 1.80m x 1.90m bed and en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a second bathroom with bathtub.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything necessary for gastronomy lovers, the house has all the usual electrical appliances so that you don't miss anything. From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace, so preparing a picnic while your family enjoys a bath is very easy and comfortable.

Separate washing machine room.

Villalia Julia also offers all the services you need during your holidays! Wifi service, Smart TV, 55 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning, complete outdoor furniture (hammocks, chairs, table and parasol) and 2 safes. This accommodation is equipped with an individual garage and private and independent entrance.

Located just 2 kilometres from the beach, close to interesting places such as Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park and with views of the sea, Los Ajaches Natural Monument and Montaña Roja, Villa Julia is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Lanzarote.

On the subject of television channels, we will try to see more channels in different languages next time, but what we have now is what the satellite provides us. How do damage deposits work?
