VERY POPULAR AND CONVENIENT LOCATION, CAR NOT REQUIRED CLOSE TO BEST BEACH AND MANY RESTAURANTS AND HAWKER STALLS.
Relax around the pool or stroll along the beach or do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at Sri Sayang. The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home.

Sri Sayang is a gated community with 24 hour security and all of the modern conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a pleasurable experience.

A luxuriously appointed fully renovated and tastefully furnished privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with the sea at your door step and the lush rolling hills as the back drop.

The unit is fully equipped with a spacious private living room, dining area, kitchen and a balcony, from which guests can take in the superb views of Batu Ferringhi, the beach, the hills and the mainland in the distance.

My suites are privately owned and of a high standard and not the same as those advertised in the sign outside that you mention which are managed by an agent and not an owner. They are of a very much inferior standard and you would most certainly not want to stay in one of those apartments! The pictures shown are of the actual unit that you stayed in. “Exceptional apartment with outstanding view close to amazing beach”

We stayed at Susie's apartment for one month and called it home. And what a home! It was well appointed with all the amenities including kitchen and cooking needs. The apartment was modern, very spacious and clean. The large patio provided a million dollar view and we enjoyed numerous wonderful sunsets. A convenience store in the complex provided for our every need, including well priced wine. The apartment is a half block from a beautiful clean beach and within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants and hawker stands in the area. The bus to Georgetown stopped in front of the property and taxis were a half block away. Susie, the owner, is a very caring,warm and accommodating person with a great sense of humour. She went out of her way to make things available for us and to ensure our comfort. We miss her already. The only downside to the property, and no fault of Susie's, was that lounge chairs around the pool were few and mostly broken. We understand that new chairs are on order. Thumbs up to Susie and we look forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this apartment and loved our Malaysian adventure!

You were here at a time when the building was undergoing a major refurbishment and I can assure you that when completed very soon the building will be more welcoming. The complex is indeed very conveniently located directly across the road from the best beach in Penang and close to many major resort hotels. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and it was fantastic .We were very pleased on our arrival.to Penang The owner had organised transfers from the airport to the apartment which was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, spotless with qood quality furnishings, comfortable beds and a wonderful shower. Everything worked well eg air con, fans washing machine etc and the views from the balcony were brilliant. There were fruit,coffee and biscuits awaiting us which we thought was very welcoming. Susie the owner could not do enought for the 4 of us and made us feel very much at home. I would certainly have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone

“Excellent value for money”

This apartment is very well appointed. It was great value for money as we were travelling with 2 young children and our parents. It is convenient for everything especially with the rapid bus going from outside the door. A couple of people have mentioned previously that Susie's flat was excellent but the building itself was a bit shabby but it would appear that this has been addressed (the building was being painted while we were there). The only thing I would have liked in addition was an information guide in the apartment explaining a few things (how the hot water worked, where to get a tourist bus pass). A lovely stay in a lovely place

How do damage deposits work?
