Sandy Ridge, Davenport is a new vacation community set within lush conservation and is ideally situated within easy reach of the Central Florida popular theme parks and attractions (Disney's Main Gates are only about a 15 minute drive away). This nicely landscaped community also has its own kiddies play area for those "little ones" who still have plenty of energy after a day at the theme parks.Being close to great routes such as Interstate 4 and Hwy 192 makes planning those all important days out to parks, beaches or shopping that much easier. Florida's beautiful coastline is also within easy reach and has many great beaches to offer, from the quiet white sands of St Pete's to the fast pace of Clearwater, and with one of the closest (Cocoa Beach) being just over an hour's drive away, they are definitely well worth a visit.Although golfers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to golf courses, Sandy Ridge is within a few minutes drive of the popular Champions Gate Golfing Resort offering some great championship courses to suit all handicaps. A supermarket and various other shops opened in 2008 within a couple of minutes drive of our vacation rental home with additional shops and some fine restaurants located at a little further up the road at Champions Gate, with much more coming soon ("Down Town" Champions Gate). “Awesome vacation”
Great house we are having an awesome time here. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome and the game room is a big hit! So far. The owners are great people as well.

“Excellent Villa! Highly Recommended”
Lovely villa, in a really good location close the the highway. Had all we needed with a nice pool. It does everything it says on the tin. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Orlando or surrounding area.

Response from the owner This booking was not made through me the owner, but through my management company, if the guest had been able to speak with me direct, any problems would have been put right, I will be in touch with my management about the problems the guest has put on here, however this is the first bad review I have had, and other guests have stayed since October and are delighted with the property so don't know what went wrong here!

“Fantastic location, peaceful and central to Disney etc.”
Absolutely beautiful outlook at the back, overlooking a small holding with horses, a few cattle wild turkeys on occasions and the most beautiful of birds. The villa is really spacious, has every amenity, a gorgeous pool and spa and even a pool table and ice hockey table. It was a real pleasure waking up to the fabulous setting each morning, and returning in the evenings after a days at the parks or venturing further afield. The villa is located really close to all the Disney parks, and there is easy access to the I-4 for just about anywhere else you would want to go. There is a back way which takes you to the 192 and Disney if you don't want to use the I-4. It is NOT on the US27 which is home to loads of estates which obviously creates traffic, it is close to Champions Gate located in a conservation area which is really safe and quiet. We visited St Augustin, Venice, Naples, Cocoa Beach, Sarasota Longboat Key,The Keys and Fort Lauderdale and to return to this villa was heaven. There were just the three of us but the villa can easily accommodate two families because it has 2 master bedrooms (en suite) and 3 twin bedrooms plus a family bathroom. I can thoroughly recommend this villa, you will not be disappointed. Go on - book it.
