Description
A well presented three bedroomed villa situated within minutes of the beach. The villa is located on the popular development of El Alcolar, a residential area offering a quiet and peaceful holiday yet minutes away from the bustling port of Puerto de Mazarrón. The villa is one of twenty properties surrounding a communal pool set in well maintained gardens making it a safe and secure place for all family members. The property has a good sized lounge,which is fitted with aircon, and patio doors leading onto the front terrace which is ideal for 'al fresco' dining or taking in the sunshine.. The kitchen provides all the amenities you need and leads out to another private patio, equipped with table & chairs. From this patio you have your own access to the pool and gardens. The area is grassed around the pool which makes it safe for children. There are palms and plants making it a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The ground floor also boasts a shower and loo. The master bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space & aircon. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and wardrobes. There is a further 3rd bedroom with a double bed. There is aircon in the lounge and master bedroom. Floor fans are available for the other bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided for all your device needs and internet TV, including sports, movies and regular Brit TV. Welcome Pack available on request at cost. This villa is a ideal for a family holiday :)

“Stunning”
Stayed here in August 2022. A very nice, well presented villa with everything you need! Very homely feel within an absolutely perfect location and a lovely pool, will definitely be booking again. Five minute walk at best to the marina and restaurant’s. Would highly recommend!

“Mazarron Holiday”

Response from the owner We are sorry that you are disappointed with our villa in Puerto de Mazarrón. With a private villa and you making your own flight arrangements, there is an understanding that you make your own way from the chosen airport, Alicante, to the villa. The key holder waited at the villa in Mazarrón until 2.30am to meet you. Reading your feedback I think there was a misunderstanding around how you travelled from the airport to the villa. We were unaware of your disappointment in the villa, from cleanliness to the stairs, as you didn’t contact us until day 4 of the holiday. We arranged on Day 5 for the key holder to come to the villa with a new microwave and to look at the locks, that you were finding difficult to manage. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

“Puerto De Mazarron”
Great venue close to everything. Pool was lovely and the air con was a must. Villa was clean and well presented. Loads of towels available. 15 min walk into the port. We will book again
