Das "Kukelorum" ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Ausflugsziel im Herzen Ostfrieslands. Direkt am Ems-Jade-Kanal bietet das historische Ensemble von Schleuse und ehemaligem Schleusenwärterhaus einen traumhaften Blick über die weite Landschaft, einen Logenplatz, wenn Boote oder Schiffe geschleust werden und stimmungsvolle Sonnenuntergänge.
Hier treffen sich zwei der ostfriesischen Rad- und Wanderwege, sowie eine offizielle Boßelstrecke, wo der Ostfriesennationalsport ausgeführt wird. Probieren Sie es doch selbst einmal!
Unser beliebtes Ausflugslokal mit Biergarten ist von Mittwoch bis Sonntag täglich ab 15:00 Uhr geöffnet (sonntags ab 11:00 Uhr). An den Ruhetagen können unsere Feriengäste den Biergarten auch gerne privat nutzen.
Die liebevoll restaurierte Ferienwohnung befindet sich über dem Lokal. Sie ist über ein abgeschlossenes Treppenhaus erreichbar. Die gemütlich eingerichteten Räume laden zum Verweilen ein und machen selbst einen Regentag, bei einer guten Tasse Ostfriesentee, vergessen. Alle Betten sind mit hochwertigen orthopädischen Matratzen ausgestattet und sorgen so für erholsamen Schlaf.
Für den Ankunftstag steht eine Flasche Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Tee für Sie bereit. Wenn Sie einen gefüllten Kühlschrank möchten, bieten wir auch einen Einkaufsservice. Sprechen Sie uns einfach an.

Response from the owner Liebe Familie N., herzlichen Dank für die nette Bewertung. Auch für die konstruktiive Kritik - wir sind stets bemüht besser zu werden. Die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten sind schon in Auftrag gegeben und sollen bereits nächste Woche montiert werden. Für die laute Musik am Abend der Feier entschuldigen wir uns nochmals. Leider hatte die Gesellschaft einen externen DJ gebucht, der erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung die Lautstärke reduzierte. Das ist sonst nicht die Regel und auch nicht in unserem Sinne. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Mit lieben Grüßen aus Ostfriesland Ihr Carl
