Beautiful and modern apartment just 80 METRES from the beach!! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, air conditioning, wifi internet, barbecue and lovely terrace with beautiful views .
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
There is high speed internet throughout the apartment. There is a communal swimming pool, garden, lift and private parking.
The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina but is located in a quiet street. You can also visit Parque Palomo, Sea Life, Benalmadena Pueblo and Marbella. From Benalmadena it is easy to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibralter and Ronda.
The apartment is located in Benalmadena Costa which is to the west of Malaga and is 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous Marina which has many international restaurants. You do not need to hire a car at this apartment.
There is a baby bed and highchair available. ( You most request this on reservation).
It is possible to rent the apartment monthly from November to the end of April
If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please remember that monthly rentals will include electricity up to a limit. If you exceed the agreed limit you will be charged for any additional electricity. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw.
The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

“Un gran tiempo frente al mar”
Un precioso apartamento donde levantarte cada mañana y poder disfrutar de las vistas del mar desde la ventana de la habitación. A solo 100m de la playa, y del precioso entorno de Puerto Marina. Disfruté cada mañana de un café con vistas al mar en la terraza. Ha sido un lugar perfecto para pasar un tiempo increible y desconectar. Completamente equipado con todas las facilidades. Parking, terraza, barbacoa, piscina y vistas al mar... Que más se puede pedir? Muy serviciales y amables y siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier duda. Ha sido un gran placer mi tiempo aquí, repetiría sin duda!

“lovely apartment well situated”
The apartment is well equipped and furnished and is well situated for the beach shops and marina. Absolutely no need for a car which is a big plus, We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Response from the manager It is not often that we have to respond to reviews which we feel are basically untrue. However on this occasion we cannot recommend this client to other property owners and feel that we should warn them. This client came for a period of just under 2 months and we offered him the monthly rental price which normally is only for 2 months or more. It is a cheaper price subject to electricity. We did this to give the client a cheaper price as the weekly price, all included pricing, would have been much more expensive. Even though the client agreed to this via the website and via ourselves, when he came he refused to pay. We did not try to charge him for something that he had not agreed to initially. He is correct that this extra charge should be for rentals of 2 months or more but we were trying to help him! Obviously we now cannot do this for any other client, which is a shame. When we insisted on some form of payment he has responded with a bad review. Luckily this apartment has some excellent reviews and we have clients who return to us each year. However we ask other property owners to beware of this client. Strangely this client reserved the apartment because he told us it had been recommended to him by a previous client!

“Ideal location”
Lovely clean well kept apartment in an ideal location, shops bars beach only a short stroll away . Good eating place on the doorstep ( Pocos bar) all homemade food. Would definitely go again .
