The Ultimate Family Fun Getaway!

This condo is situated on Legacy Dunes resort at Kissimmee. Resort amenities include a tropical style swimming pool with fountains, a further swimming pool (both with sun loungers), a clubhouse with games room, a cafe, a bar, a gym and fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and children's play area. It is a very convenient location near enough the theme parks to come back for lunch and return to the theme parks later for the firework displays. Our condo has a beautiful view of the resort lake from the screened balcony, and has all the comforts of your own home. This is a great location just off the W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (192) and is close to shopping and restaurants, outlet center and convenient for golf, lakes, nature reserves and fishing.

“Excellent value and great location!”

Lovely apartment, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. We received 2 parking passes and there was always parking available at the door. Complex is quiet, secure and nicely landscaped, pool area is great. Location is good, ideal for Disney. Orlando is a real straightforward city to drive in so all parks/attractions/shopping are in easy reach of this accommodation. We were four adults and had 2 cars, there is a bus that serves the area but we never used it so can't comment on that. This would be an excellent choice for a family visiting the parks, much better value than the hotels, with a full kitchen, dining table and more space than any hotel room. All sorts of restaurants are nearby, within 10 mins drive. Highly recommend the 126 Chinese takeaway just up the road for great value! Bonefish Grill is an expensive but highly recommended option. Walmart, Target etc. are all less than 10 mins away also. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation, there's no need to go anywhere more expensive, this place ticks all the boxes!

“Excellent”

The condo is perfectly positioned for a Disney world. It took us 15 mins to get to world drive. We had a fantastic holiday. The children swam in the pool everyday and the condo was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. Mary, the owner was very helpful and made the holiday that much better. Many thanks.

“Exactly as expected.”

As we usually have a larger party and rent a 4-5 bed villa, I was a little concerned about taking on a smaller unit, but there was no need to worry. The condo is perfectly sized for 2-4 people to share in comfort. Being ground floor, the access is nice and easy. Well looked after, nicely furnished. Wifi, cable, TV in each room, Blu-ray player with internet services. The parking is more than adequate and we were never more than a few feet from the entrance. Location wise, we were reaching Disney property in around 10-15 minutes, traffic allowing and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants within a few minutes drive. In short, I would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again when travelling with a smaller party of up to 4 people.

Beautifully clean and cosy condo which was perfectly situated for all attractions. Lovely resort with good facilities. Excellent value for money with extra features such as free wi-fi, blu ray player etc. Mary was always eaily contacted for any concerns or questions.
