Description

In the hearth of the biggest Medina of Maghreb, you will find our 500 years old house,... old but completely renovated in 2012 with a special care dedicated to respect of the moroccan art but also with a hinch of european design and trendy comfort... Its main charm rests in a passage way on the upper level which leads to 3 of the 4 rooms. This balcony is very lovely with the flying veils... The house is for your private use; It can sleep from 2 to 8 persons, with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the lower level, you will find a patio with a design dining room. Next to it, 2 sitting rooms, one opened for talking and chatting, the other one, closed with a fireplace and a satellite TV. Apart, a brand new kitchen, fully equipped. Inbetween the patio and the upper level, you will find a big room decorated in the moroccan style; Double bed and bathroom in zellige. Delicate rays of lights and wrought iron make the charm of it... On the upper level, 3 rooms are located along the romantic balcony: the master bedroom with a King-size bed and a grey tadelakt bathroom with a modern design. The 2 other rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds share a beige tadelakt bathroom. On the terrace level, you will find a room dedicated to leisure and idleness; We tore down the wall and set a huge window with a view on the medina... We also set a fireplace for comfort... Summer kitchen has been added next to it. The terrace in itself is a must... As the house is much taller than the surrounding ones, the view on the Medina and the Merenide Graves, is stunning. Due to the height, you are protected from being seen by the neighbours... Privacy, a luxury in the medina. The dar is located in a quiet dead end street little, 15 min from Bab Boujloud and 5 minutes from the Roti place. Moroccan breakfast and linens are included in the price. A cook is available if you wish for lunch and dinner for a modest supplement; She can even teach you moroccan cooking. Transfer to and from airport can be organized; a concierge will welcome you and guide in your first steps in the house and the medina. Aircon in the rooms, wifi and satellite TV. Besides the tour spécialité Medina and numerous wanderings in the souks, you could also have a walk from the jewish cemetery and the adjacent neighbourhood, the Mellah. You could also wander in the new town of Fes.One day trips can be organized to Meknes (another imperial town) and Volubilis (ancient roman) or Sfrou, Ifrane and the area of the lakes... There are 2 18 holes golf courses in Fez: the old one is a Royal one, a little bit outside of the town. the new one is located in the hearth of the new town, close the Royal Palace.Both very low green fees apply.
