Description
Situated in the small tranquil village of San Lawrenz, Gozo, this marvelous villa is one of a kind. It has country and sea views from pool area, and from 3 of its 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned on pay-per-use system. The villa has been recently renovated to the highest standards, to create a home which has kept its traditional charm, whilst responding to modern needs. It's a real home from home. It has been furnished as a home rather than a holiday rental. A living room with cable TV, DVD player and fire-place, a dining room for 8 persons, and a fully-equipped kitchen with island, which can be used for breakfast. In the pool area, there is also a shower, a spare toilet, a BBQ. It also includes a large oval table, 2 large umbrellas, chairs and deck-chairs and sunbeds, all made of fine teak. The villa is within walking distance to 'Ta'Dbiegi' crafts village, where you can watch local craftsmen working on their skills, and purchase souvenirs. The property is accredited by Malta Tourist Authority.

Air conditioning is on a pay-per-use system (card meter).
Changeover day is flexible. in July/august change-over day is Saturday.
Normally, departures not later than 11.00 am and arrivals at 17.00. But, these can be arranged with the owners. When bookings are back-to-back, we need 5 to 6 hours to clean.
