Description

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the very popular Minerva complex. Both the lounge and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. It has a large corner balcony which receives sun all day, furnished with patio table, chairs and sun canopy. The lounge area is beautifully furnished with a Smart TV, dvd/cd player and radio. The apartment has Wi-Fi for internet access, downloading and streaming for laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Minerva is a private complex which has a 24 hour English speaking reception with safe deposit box hire. It is a very family friendly apartment complex with the pools being patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months. Sunbeds can be hired and there is a poolside bar serving snacks, cold drinks and ice creams. There is also a hairdressers.

The self catering Minerva apartments are situated close to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, chemist and bakery. Bonanza Square is close by and offers a choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.

Paloma park is a 5 minute walk and the marina and beach is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.

The sofa converts into a double bed and there is also an armchair. There is a dining table to seat 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, small oven with grill, halogen oven, 4 ring hob, kettle & toaster. There is an iron & ironing board.

Getting around

There is lots to do and see within walking distance. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment as well as a taxi rank about 100 yards to your left when you come out the Reception entrance. The local train station is Arroya de la Miel which is a fifteen minute walk away. This can take you to places such as Malaga, Fuingeirola and Torromolinos. Paloma Park is a gorgeous and extensive park within 5 minutes walk from the apartment with children's play areas. There are hens and chicks and rabbits roaming freely around the park.Take a stroll along the promenade to Puerto Marina which has twice won the ' Best Marina in the World ' award. See the luxury yachts and visit the many shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques.

“Comfortable holiday accommodation”

Have just got back from a week stay . Apartment has all you need and is very homely. Comfortable beds and sofa. Only a ten minute walk to the beach . Great last minute trip

“Amazing 1st visit”

We have just returned after 2 weeks in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable holiday the sofa bed in the lounge is plenty big enough for 2 adults and is really comfortable. The pool area is the best we have been too, the children didn't want to leave. The apartment is just across the road from Bonanza Square with plenty of bars and restaurants and supermarket across the road. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and hopefully we'll visit again ourselves. Thanks
