This villa is situated in a private cul de sac in Tias, local supermarkets ,Bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk
The 3 bedroom Villa is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people in one double room and two twin rooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. Linen and towels are provided . The private outdoor pool is solar-heated this depends on the weather sun loungers for relaxing. The villa is in the heart of Tias and only 5 minutes car journey from Puerto del Carmen strip.
The villa is fully furnished for a party of4 personslounge and dining seating ,outdoor patio furniture and The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is satellite TV and a DVD as well as a radio
The Prices quoted are 600 Euro for 2 persons pw, addItional persons are charged at 20.00 E per person per day (minimum stay 7 days)

“Very comfortable, quiet and clean villa.”
Very comfortable villa, but without fans or air con, which during heat wave was uncomfortable, would have happily paid a little extra for air con. Presumably there is also no heating either for chilly winter evenings! Otherwise great villa, well equipped and in quiet residential area. Would highly recommend. Lovely heated pool.

“Great little villa”
We spent a week in this lovely little villa. It's ideally situated in a nice quiet area but only a few minutes walk from local restaurants and shops. Puerto del Carmen is only about 10 minutes drive. This villa ticked all our boxes as it's very private, in a quiet area, lovely private heated pool, close to local amenities and yet only a short drive to Puerto del Carmen. The villa was very clean and with lots of home comforts. We found the beds very comfortable and slept better there than at home. The pool area is a real sun trap but if it gets too much there's a shaded seated area. We wanted a week of relaxation and this is exactly what we got.

“Relaxing retreat”
My fiance and I had an absolutely wonderful stay, Villa Blanca is the perfect relaxing getaway! I already miss the heated pool! The location is great if you are there to chill by the pool with a few local restaurants nearby and a supermarket. If you want more action then a trip into playa blanca is needed. We also really appreciated that there were uk channels which was great for a night time wind down. We would happily return in the future!
