Threebedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment situated on the second floor floor of Building with elevator.

Apartment with 3 double bedrooms all outdoors. Two of the bedrooms share a south facing terrace. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom.

Kitchen, living room with north facing terrace and view over the whole community area.

WIFI.

Surrounded by pine forest and with a nice view to Mongri mountain this residential complex is situated 1.400 m. from the beach and in front of Platja de Pals golf course.

Following the general prevention and hygiene measures against COVID-19, we inform you of a series of changes that we apply to the property that you have rented.

BATHROOMS

For hygienic safety reasons when you arrive at the house you will find these details in the bathrooms:

The brushes have been removed.

The cleaning ladies have removed the shower curtains and left you a replacement curtain. This curtain has been washed and stored inside a plastic following the protection measures.

For the same hygienic safety reasons, we have removed the medicine cabinets and hair dryers from all the homes.

KITCHEN

For safety reasons, all the usual products in a kitchen that were in started containers have been withdrawn.

BEDROOMS

The pillow protectors have been changed prior to your arrival.

“Beautifully maintained grounds, apartment & pool”

We chose this apartment because of its proximity to the French border(approx hour and half) as we drove from the Midlands uk We have two children and the grounds were perfect for them to play all day long whether it be in the pool or on the children's play ground, and the fact it's all laid to lawn made it very safe and no slipping over etc The pool is immaculate, and bearing in mind we were there in school holidays never saw more than 7 people swimming (the picture above of complex, is actually 2 complexes so the pool only serves half of what you can see) The apartment has 3 generous rooms and overall is very spacious indeed, and very well maintained and the second terrace which gets the sun is lovely (the main terrace doesn't get direct sunlight however this was perfect to cool down on whilst having lunch as it was well over 30 degrees each day) 15-20 minute walk takes you to a beautiful beach and restaurants (we recommend solimar on the beach, amazing paella, just book the day before as can get busy) The beach is huge and you will never struggle to find a spot it also has water sports activitys available The golf course opposite looks amazing, I never got a round in but had a walk round, fairways all tree lined and looked very well kept (couple of other courses locally so ideal for a golfing holiday) Mariona who managed the property from sa punta real estate was very friendly and extremely helpful even bringing us a new hairdryer to the apartment Overall a great family holiday and money well spent :)

“nice and convenient apartment”

This apartment is really spacious, with a nice living room which opens onto the terrace. we liked the view on the swimming pool. The flat is really clean. The underground car park is convenient. The kitchen is well equipped. The residential garden is very well maintained and the pool was very clean as well. The flat is located near a little supermarket, close to the golf and a very beautiful sandy beach. Many little medieval villages to visit around. The agency was very nice and flexible, and easy to contact. It can be noisy when it s hot and you want to sleep with open windows (neighbourhood.). It s a shame there is no air-conditionning. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

“Peace & quiet but lots to do.”

We stayed in Green Mar for 2 weeks in July. The apartment overlooking the pool was lovely, very well laid out and spacious for a family of 6. Our main balcony didn't get much direct sunlight buit in the lovely heat that didn't really matter to us. The pool area is really pretty, with a lovely childrens play area, and table tennis. Our kids had great fun at the pool every day. initially we found using towels on the grass a bit unusual but some people brought small chairs. Everything is removed each evening leaving the grounds looking pristine. We did not rent a car initially but found the distance to shops and beach absolutely fine even for young kids (about 15 min walk). It helped to walk off the excesses! The local beach is lovely though the waves are quite strong, albeit with no undercurrent. Young kids need constant supervision. There is a nudist beach close by but it is well signposted. The local shops are excellent and provide all you need At very competitive prices. The restaurants are good, especially Sol e Mar at the beach, but other than that we did not find any really great one. restaurant Niff Niff was good and very central. If you have a car visiting Pals, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu is a must. Really lovely villages. Overall we had a great holiday and would return.

“A spacious 3 bed apartment well located close to Platja de Pals golf course”

The 3 bed apartment in the Green Mar had a good layout and was comfortable and spacious. The service was efficient and helpful. It was very useful that the apartment was equipped with WI-FI. We were on holiday in late June/ early July so the complex was relatively quiet which suited us as a family with children. The balcony overlooked the two pools and garden which was very well maintained. The only fault I found with the property was that there could have been more utensils for cooking and one of the patio doors was broken. The resort of Pals was quiet at night at that time. However, we found Pals had great beaches and activities for children. One of the best mornings we had was at the Park Adventura an outdoor adventure park situated in woodland where the children played 'Tarzan' on zip wires on a range of courses of different levels.
