Description

Our beautiful house is inside a fruit farm. Marvellous views to the Teide and to the sea. Sun rise-Sun set view. Althow in the country side, the house is well comunicated. Very quiet place, sheared swimming pool, Wi-fi.
Its within our avocato farm in Tenerifes North Shore with a nice sun set over the ocean.
The house is 30 year old, but has been totally renewed. The style is quite modern with scandinavian and indonesian furniture and decoration.
Two bedroom (4 people and extra bed for the 5th. person) and single full bath-room. Great living room, full of natural light, with sea-sunset view. The terrace is huge and it has sun beds and tables and chairs. On one side you can have breakfast under the sun rise, and on the other, you can have dinner waching the marvellous sun set.

There is a new TV with satélite chanels, internet, heating, full kitchen....

It shares a solar-gas heated swimming pool with 8 little apartaments that we have close to it.
Inside its aproximately 90M2.


In our neighborhood there are a few restaurants. Local fish restaurants, and a nice german restaurant, Casa Juan.

In the village you can also find our familly restaurant "La Cuadra de San Diego". My sisters run it. It´s an old estable with classic decoration where you can taste very nice food; Canary and from other parts of Spain.

We are 10 km away from Puerto de la Cruz where you can find the beach "Playa Jardín" and do some shopping, 5 Km away from Tacoronte´s Mesa del Mar, a nice place for bathing, 30K away from our gorgous Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, 13 Km away from La Laguna, 10 km away from La Orotava and 23 Km away from Santa Cruz, the Capital of the island.

¿Whay makes our place special?: The Sun-set and Sun-rise terraces, the great sea view, the silence, the weather, the light, the temperature, .....the house and its decoration, .......and Us.
