Description

In the heart of Istria (Croatia), slightly kitschy landscape, stands Villa Bellevue. Formula 1 driver, Hollywood actor, Oscar winner and internet billionaire are just some of the neighbours, whose summer residences are far away enough that you might not be disturbed. Golf, beach, horse riding, entertainment in the aqua park are a few minutes away from the village.

The property is suitable for couples or friends (8 persons) or one larger , two medium or three smaller families. It is not suitable for people who are bothered by Mediterranean scent of lavender, laurel and flowers or are afraid of the beautiful views. In the immediate vicinity truffles are hiding underground, which are also not interfering – except the gastronomic hedonists.

It is completely renovated with a large living room and an open fireplace on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are four double bed sleeping rooms with bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms and two share a family one. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a lot of natural shade around. In the courtyard there is a large open »macho« grill. The pool with a panoramic view of the river Mirna valley is on the other the house.

This is a unique place for those who wish to experience a piece of rural Istria or explore the picturesque countryside (e.g. cycling path Parenzana along the former old railway line), and inland local cuisine (e.g. wild asparagus, truffles), yet be within easily reachable historical cities (e.g. Motovun, Groznjan, Porec etc.), beaches, coastal towns with nightlife and a newly built aqua park.
