Description
Our spacious and quiet apartment in Preko is situated first row from the sea, on the first floor of a family house. The apartment consist of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), large living area with sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, one family bathroom and additional shower room. The living area steps out on a sea view terrace with outside dining table and 2 sun beds. The view from the terrace stretches across the wide sea channel between the Ugljan island the mainland, all the way to the Zadar town and Velebit mountains in the distance.
Guests can park their car for free on the premises and use the BBQ in the garden.
The nearest sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as the nearest restaurants and grocery shops. Preko town center with many more restaurants, bars and yachts marina is only 15 minutes by walk from our apartment. A ferry connects our island with the amazing Zadar downtown in only 25 minutes.
Our accommodation is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxation by the sea and experience of an island lifestyle, but only 30 minutes from Zadar downtown - one of the most beautiful Croatian town centers, rich in culture and history dating back from Roman times onward and lively with many festivals and concerts all season long!
